Therapy

My goal in therapy is to help clients explore and process challenges, make proactive decisions, and prepare for positive changes. I have experience with a variety of therapeutic interventions, but my practice is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These are both well-researched methods that help individuals identify and modify their thinking and behaviors in order to live more fully, improve insight, manage emotions more effectively, and reduce conflict.
