Getting Started

Taking that first step to consult a therapist can be difficult.

Have circumstances made this a difficult time for you? Are you seeking guidance and clarity? Or, do you need a trained listener to offer reflective feedback? By choosing to work with a therapist you are taking an important first step. I can help you explore and process challenges, make proactive decisions, and prepare for positive changes.

Trust and support are the most important aspects of any therapeutic relationship. I am committed to helping you identify patterns of thinking and behavior that can lead to problems.
